A beautiful silver fish emerged from the river, rising from the Central Mountain Range in the east to the Taiwan Strait in the west, with steep mountains and a rushing current. The reservoirs are the lifeline of Tainan, with upper reservoirs storing water for purposes, and the lower reaches of the canal extending in all directions. Wu-San-Tou Reservoir, Jia-Nan Irrigation Ditch, and various waterways in Nanying constitute the Nanying water system, and the dam was built by Hatta Yoichi. While he devoted all his effort to building it; furthermore, there is the ancient dock of Madou Harbor, to promote industry, people, and goods. This is the Water World of Tainan Area.
