Route Introduction

Wusanto Reservoir

Shouldering the responsibility of providing water to the people of Tainan and irrigating Jianan Plain is Wusanto reservoir. Surrounded by mountains, the reservoir looks like an embedded blue coral, which was why it was called the coral lake. The water reflects the sunshine in the lush and misty mountain. Visible yet invisible, it conveys a story of tragic beauty that talks about love and sacrifice and leaves only the impression of crystal clarity in our hearts.
