The marketplace was once a part of local residences' life. As time passed, its glow and passion went dim. Due to persistence and determination of new residences, the area has reclaimed its vigorous spirits from renovation of old buildings and introduction of new business. The rebirth of Zhengxing Street and the 100-year- old marketplace best exemplifies new possibilities of merging transition and innovation.
