EXTN English CourseGrading Policy (114-2)
1. Online Videos and Quizzes 15%
Watch three online videos about the course and take the quizzes.
2. Attendance 40%
Trail 1 - 10%
Trail 2 - 15%
Group Discussion - 7%
Micro film Presentation - 8%
Please be on time!! Any lateness will cause you the loss of 5 %.
3. Micro Film 45%
Students need to work together in small groups for discussing and making a video or micro film for presentation.
Video Grading Criteria:
Creativity (20%);
Content (20%);
Time management (5%)
Notice
However, if you are absent from discussion (4th meeting) or presentation (5th meeting), 20%~40% of your video grade will be deducted.
The narration in the video should be in English, but Chinese is encouraged for those who want to practice Chinese during the oral presentation.
